Changes to the management board of Apsys Polska
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska, the organisation’s former chief investment officer, has joined the management board of Apsys Polska. She started work in her new position on 1 January 2025.
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is an expert with more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and broad professional skills. She has been with Apsys Polska since 2021 as director of investments. In this role, she was responsible for both the acquisition of land for new projects and the selection of locations for revitalisation projects, as well as the formal and administrative processes related to obtaining construction decisions.

The appointment of Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is the first stage of the change process related to succession in the management board of Apsys Polska. The expert will gradually take over the duties of vice-president Maciej Wróblewski to ultimately replace him in his position.
Before joining Apsys Polska, Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska was involved in managing investment projects not only on the Polish market, but also in Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal and Romania. Her specialty is operations related to private equity investment funds, as well as joint ventures involving large institutional funds. Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska’s professional experience also includes the management of real estate portfolio in the following segments: warehouse, office, retail, residential, as well as cooperation with financial institutions and tenants. The expert is also distinguished by her comprehensive knowledge of investment processes (from purchase to sale) and her knowledge of the construction and development industry.
Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate MBA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and HEC de Paris, majoring in Management.
