124 new contracts and 160 extensions of existing leases - this is how the leasing department of Apsys Polska closed 2024, strengthening its position as a leasing agent in the commercial property market. The company consistently develops the commercial offer in the properties it manages and is successful in its leasing activities by introducing exceptional brands to the properties in its portfolio.

Apsys Polska has received the final building permit for two residential projects in the centre of Wrocław. According to the plan, construction is to start in the second quarter of this year and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Apsys Polska has picked up as many as three prestigious awards for Posnania at the 17th edition of the CEE Retail Awards, one of the most important competitions in the commercial real estate industry in Europe. Apsys Polska has completed the sale of flats in its first development on the residential market - Solea Mieszkania przy Wyścigach in Warsaw. All residential units have already found buyers. The handover stage of the flats is currently underway.

Apsys Polska has signed a contract to manage the Riviera shopping centre in Gdynia, which is owned by the open-ended property fund UniInstitutional European Real Estate, managed by Union Investment Real Estate GmbH. This follows a successful tender organised by the owner of the asset in the first half of the year.

Apsys Polska, a property developer and manager, has acquired a 5,000 sqm property in the centre of Wrocław. Despite the challenges facing the property market, Apsys Polska continues to pursue its growth strategy.
