Pre-sales of flats in the Staromiejskie Gardens project in Wrocław have started
The Staromiejskie Gardens project harmoniously combines the past with the future, creating a unique place to live, work and relax. The project is located in the very centre of the city – about a 5-minute walk from the railway station, 10 minutes from the Staromiejski Park and 12 minutes from the Old Town Square. The proximity of educational facilities, shops and a shopping centre, together with convenient access to public transport, makes this location ideal for active city dwellers.
What distinguishes the investment is the urban gardens planned throughout the development. The complex will feature green courtyards with places for residents to relax and a multi-sensory playground. The design of the green areas envisages the use of native species. Among others, birch trees, dogwoods, ferns and flower meadows will be planted. The whole will be an oasis of calm in the very centre of Wrocław.
The Staromiejskie Gardens will be home to 66 units of widely varying sizes. From small 25-metre flats to 120-metre two-storey flats. Some of the units will have balconies, porte-cochere and private gardens, while others will have private roof terraces. An additional advantage is the above-standard height of selected flats and their sunlight exposure, thanks to the presence of large windows. The buildings will range from 5 to 7 storeys. Lifts are planned in all of them. For the convenience of the residents, there will also be a bicycle storage room, racks and a place to wash single-track bicycles.
The project was developed by Łapacz Winkowski Architekci, a well-known and respected studio on the Wrocław market, responsible for the new quality of such spaces as the palace tenement house on Kościuszki Street or the historic tenement houses on Przejście Garncarskie Street.
