IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Customers,
With reference to the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 20 March 2020 on the declaration of a state of epidemic on the territory of the Republic of Poland, we would like to inform you that the shopping centres managed by Apsys Polska will operate on a limited basis. Grocery shops, special diet shops, drugstores, pharmacies, newsagents, DIY shops (closed at weekends), pet shops and petrol stations will remain open.
Our first priority as managers is to protect the health and safety of customers, store staff and support personnel. We have taken a number of additional measures and implemented special hygiene procedures. The furnishings and equipment in the communal areas – floors, landscaping, litter bins, flower pots, door handles, railings, handrails, lift buttons, handles and the floors and walls of the corridors leading to the toilets – are regularly disinfected. Toilets and their fittings are disinfected more frequently than normal. Paper dispensers have been introduced instead of air dryers. Additional cleaning products with stronger antibacterial and virucidal effects have been provided to the janitorial staff. Numerous liquid disinfectant dispensers have been installed throughout the premises. In addition, toilets and special rooms such as the quiet room and the parent-child room are ozonised during the night. The ventilation of the premises is 100% fresh air without recuperation.
We would also like to remind you of the following:
- Shopping with disposable gloves
- Seniors’ hours (every day from 10 am to 12 pm, only seniors can shop)
- Restriction on the number of people allowed in the shop at any one time
- Maintain a 2 metre gap when queuing in the store and at the checkout.
All those who need to shop are asked to observe the safety rules and to follow the instructions given to them by the staff of the shops and of the Centre.
