Apsys Polska expands its property portfolio
Apsys Polska, a developer and property manager, has acquired a property of
5,000 sqm in the centre of Wroclaw. Despite the challenges facing the property market, Apsys Polska continues to pursue its growth strategy. In January this year, the company acquired another property, this time in the capital of Lower Silesia. The new investment in Wrocław is perfectly in line with the company’s philosophy of creating multidimensional, innovative urban spaces that respond to contemporary needs, support ecological transformation and integrate residents. The purchased property is located in the very centre of the city, next to the Wrocław Market Square, just 5 minutes from the railway station. There are four buildings on the site, including two historic buildings, which will be revitalised and the derelict brownfield site will be regenerated and returned to the city and local community. As part of the high quality mixed-use development, Apsys plans to create residential lofts, communal urban gardens and residential amenities.
